Sure - we make our ice cream in-store.  You can see us at work.  But more than that, we craft our ice cream, using a proprietary mix formula that includes only five ingredients: Cream, milk solids, pure cane sugar, a very small amount of corn syrup solids - which give our product its "chew", and an even smaller amount of Guar as a natural stabilizer. Out of respect for the dietary requirements of our kosher customers, we no longer use gelatin.
